In the Old Testament, “glory” often referred to the tangible presence of God. In these last days, it can mean the manifestation of God’s Word. As believers and children of the supernatural, we know that there is no supernatural without His Word. When we plant His Word in our hearts, we set ourselves up for supernatural manifestation. Thanksgiving has much to do with manifesting this supernatural harvest, and giving thanks is a powerful way we can change whatever circumstances we find ourselves in for the better. We can find something for which to give thanks every day, and God’s grace enables us to live a thankful life. The more we learn about His favor, the more we can be thankful for all that grace has made available to us, whether or not we see it right away.
