As believers who have made Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior, we must get our priorities straight. This means making room for God and putting Him first. He is our sustaining source who carries us through the storms of life; we cannot allow what He has done, or what He still wants to do in our lives, to be pushed back to a low priority. This is exactly what the enemy wants; therefore he creates spiritual clutter and confusion designed to block us from entering into God’s presence. Our response to this is to be persistent and clear a way for God to enter into our lives. Doing so allows Him to pour abundant blessings on us. The choice is ours as to whether we let ourselves get caught and dragged down by the clutter and weeds of life or allow God to work His will concerning us.
