The world is a place filled with stress, confusion, and chaos. As Christians, the only way we can succeed in this kind of environment is by living in the peace that comes only through Jesus. There will always be plenty of opportunities to let trouble and threatening situations make us afraid; however, fear cannot get the upper hand if we have peace of mind. No matter what the circumstance, we find a peace that goes beyond our human understanding when His presence is in our lives. In a fearful, insecure world, we find what we need for real success through a relationship with Jesus, the Prince of Peace. He is our Shalom. Partaking of Him, who is the bread of life, gives us what the world will never have—peace.
