We are living in a fearful world surrounded by terrified people. Most of them, including many Christians, mistakenly think it is okay to tolerate living in fear; however, fear is of the devil and opens the door to darkness. Satan wants us to operate in it so that he can control us. The world has become so deceived and blinded to biblical truth that many people have no interest in God, or anything associated with Him—the result is the violence, confusion, and chaos we see going on around us right now. The only solution is God’s Word, which is a light that cannot be extinguished and that overcomes the darkness. There is a spiritual battle going on that we can only win by focusing on God and operating in His love. What we choose to focus on will either keep us in darkness and fear or banish them and bring us into the light.
