As Christians, we must understand the power of love as demonstrated by Jesus Christ. The debt of love that we owe to others is one we can never completely repay, but is the only way we can show the world God’s nature. It is impossible to love one another and remain the same; the power of love transforms us. Loving our neighbors is a commandment that we can only fulfill when we believe God’s love for us; our faith in this equips us to do what He told us to. Realizing that we are His beloved releases the supernatural. God guarantees us that trouble will come our way; however, we also have His promise that His love in us empowers us conquer it. Believing that we are His dearly loved children enables us to be motivated by heartfelt love and compassion.
